1. Both the manager and the director were really kind, and the explanations were very thorough and detailed. I went to several consultations, but this was the only place where the director asked during the consultation whether I had any chronic condition(?). When I said I had low blood pressure, they also explained low blood pressure to me. They had such a good personality and were so likable that I felt like becoming friends with them beyond just wanting the surgery. Is this what they mean by building rapport?
2. I was torn between suture method and incision, but they recommended the suture method. They explained the disadvantages of the suture method and why they still recommended it, and it was truly sincere advice...
