16 years ago, I had surgery with Dr. G.S.O. at Cheongdam KㅇPㄹS, using silicone for the nasal bridge + ear cartilage for the nasal tip. I’ve been living without any particular side effects like inflammation or contracture, but at some point, I started subtly noticing in photos that my nasal bridge keeps looking crooked. I’ve been thinking about revision surgery ever since right after my first surgery, and now I feel like I need to make a decision. My columella isn’t long, my skin is thick, my nose is on the larger side, and it’s a bulbous nose. Can this type of nose also get that natural-yet-defined feel, like Winter’s nose or Heejae’s nose...? If you know any places good at revision rhinoplasty for this kind of nose, please recommend them.....
I’m also considering double eyelid surgery or ptosis correction. Would it be better to do them together, or should I redo my nose first and then decide? I heard the eye shape can also subtly change, so I’m debating...
