After double-jaw surgery and chin reduction, my underbite and protruding mouth are gone

I always looked older because of my long face, and the facial asymmetry and protruding mouth stressed me out so much. After long deliberation, I had double-jaw surgery together with chin reduction surgery, and quite a long time has passed. I had almost all sensation even right after surgery, but I worried a lot that sensation in my left lower lip and lower chin area might be slow to return. From 4 months onward, it came back about 80%, and after more than a year it all returned. It makes me think bone surgery really does need a certain amount of time..! Now, as you can see, my facial line has become softer, and I recovered well, so I can chew and eat the meats I want. I’m glad I had surgery not only because I escaped looking older, but also because my asymmetrical underbite and protruding mouth improved. Most of all, I’m happy to be out of braces, and my teeth are straight now, so my image looks better too!
