I had a lot of concerns because of my round, bulbous nose shape before and after, so I looked through reviews on cafes and apps and picked out a few hospitals that seemed good. Among them, I ended up choosing a place that does at most about 3 surgeries a day and even provides a postoperative responsibility guarantee system. The director said that while correcting the bulbous nose, we should also do osteotomy, and said it could make my nose much sharper and slimmer, so I trusted him and went ahead!! Now, about 6 months after surgery, it has settled well and all the swelling is gone. On day 1 after surgery, I was very uncomfortable, probably because of the nasal packing and splint. Still, on day 2, after removing the nasal packing, I felt much more comfortable. On day 7, the splint was removed too! As soon as the splint came off, I really felt like, ah, I can finally live now. So I only struggled for those 7 days, and after that I just had to wait for the swelling to go down, so there wasn’t anything difficult. I sometimes see people who have failed surgeries and need revision surgery, but I think if you do it at a place that does it properly, it should be okay. I also researched carefully here and there before choosing, so I think that’s why I got a more satisfying result haha
