Hehe everyone, if you’re thinking about nose surgery, don’t get Hiko or filler For real, it’s a waste of time and money.. lol It’s not as dramatic as you’d think... After thinking about it for months, I eventually removed the Hiko and had nose surgery, and I got the line and height that I couldn’t get with Hiko. Procedures and surgery really are different... I wanted a slim and glamorous style, and I think the director reflected my needs well My nose came out really well, so I’m satisfied
