Nose Surgery Reviews

Cleft lip (nose) and double-chin muscle-tying surgery, one month post-op!!

Hehehe, finally, finally, it has been one month. The month after surgery felt really slow, and I thought it would never come, but time does pass after all..

First, starting with my nose and talking about my experience so far: Because I had a cleft lip, my goal was a nose that made the cleft-lip appearance less noticeable! And I am really, really, really satisfied All the hardships after surgery feel like nothing now because I like the shape so much. Even now, at one month post-op, there is still some residual swelling, and because it was autologous costal cartilage, the director set it a little high considering absorption. At first I wondered if it was too high, but the more I look at it, the more natural and pretty it seems

But what was a little? difficult about the nose surgery was the autologous costal cartilage surgical site. After one week and until the second week, it hurt so, so much... It was to the point where I wondered if this was really okay; I could hardly engage my abdominal muscles, and whenever I breathed, coughed, or moved, I would forget about it and then suddenly feel a “heup!!!” kind of pain, and that lasted quite a while... I thought that by around 2 weeks I would immediately be fine like nothing had happened, but after about 3 weeks passed and it became 4 weeks, only now did I reach the stage where it feels okay... Still, I guess it does heal.. Now there is no pain and no discomfort

For my double chin, because I originally had a recessed chin, I had muscle tying + facial liposuction done too!!! First of all, I really like that my chin tucked in nicely, but the adhesions/fibrosis bother me... My cheeks feel a bit firm, and the area under my chin is lumpy. It is still there, and when I run? it feels slightly painful? The doctor said it would disappear after two to three months, and told me to do warm compresses often, so I have been doing them frequently these days, but somehow it keeps bothering me. I am also applying scar ointment consistently I realized that liposuction takes longer than I expected to fully recover after surgery!! I think I will know after a few more months.

Now that one month has just passed, thinking that I can go to the yoga I like and do some gym workouts to a certain extent makes me feel so, so alive Actually, I am someone who went to the Soaking Show around week 3 looking like this... Everyone around me told me to protect my nose, but thankfully I protected it well and had fun

In my next review, I’ll come back when the double-chin adhesions/fibrosis and surgical scars have improved a lot to some extent

This is a surgery review pursuing a natural look.
