It has been 3 months since I had functional nose + cosmetic nose surgery at The New. I used 2.5 mm silicone + ear cartilage + 3 mm septal cartilage. Because I had a short nose with a deeply recessed columella + a crooked nose, I asked for those parts to be improved as the top priority, and I also had the 3 functional nose procedures done together. For reference photos, I brought NewJeans Haerin’s nose!
They said most of the residual swelling on the nasal bridge seems to have gone down, and the nose tip shape seems to be gradually settling in too. Before nose surgery, I used to Photoshop my nose tip and alar area almost as if recreating them lol... These days I barely do it at all!! Oh, and the columella scar is almost really not visible. When I show it to other friends who had nose surgery, they’re all surprised and say the scar really didn’t remain I did apply the ointment prescribed by the clinic really diligently, but I think the scar is also less noticeable because the director sutured it well heh
There is only one downside of nose surgery that I felt: nasal debris forms way too easily... and it can’t be removed easily either.... Other than that, I’m satisfied with everything.
