Almost 1 year since I had abdominal liposuction! There were really a lot of tough moments, but thankfully I'm maintaining it hahaha To briefly organize what I felt, as someone who has had several surgeries (facial contouring, nose included), the pain was the worst among them. But the effect is amazing! And maintaining it after liposuction is the most important thing!! If you spend all that money and effort to lose it but then gain weight there again, it's really all for nothing Your stomach doesn't get slim right away after liposuction; there is a lot of swelling! For me, starting 3 weeks after surgery, I got radiofrequency treatment 3 times, once a week, at the hospital, and from then on the swelling went down and I could see the effect. From about 1 week after surgery, light aerobic exercise is possible, so managing swelling that way is good. I got the surgery because my belly stuck out especially a lot compared to other areas, and I'm so satisfied that even if I went back, I would definitely do it again!
