This is a surgery I had when I was in high school. My complex was really severe, and I had a strong masculine image, so I hated it so much. I was too scared to put anything into my nose, so I proceeded without implants, and since it was an ENT clinic, I had rhinitis surgery at the same time.
It has been 8 years, but because the osteotomy area was small, it looks bumpy and protruding. It is still a hump nose haha It is not as severe as before, though.. Maybe because everyone has a hump nose, people do not know I had surgery. I chose no implants, so I accept it, but recently I wanted to get revision surgery and looked into hospitals, and they said it seems the osteotomy was done too minimally.. They said it was probably because of the difficulty level of the surgery. I do not regret it haha Even if I went back, I do not think I would put anything in. Now that I am getting older, I just think maybe I should put something in.
Because daily life is comfortable (bumping it, touching it a lot), I am living while accepting the shape a bit!
