Has anyone here had surgery with Director Yoon Yong-il?? There aren’t many reviews of Director Yoon Yong-il’s double eyelid surgery, so I’m debating… I really liked the reviews, the price was affordable, and the consultation was good!!! The consultation manager was also very kind and seemed very professional, so I liked that!!!
