I live outside Seoul, so it wasn’t easy for me to visit multiple times, so I made a list of about 15 places online, and after searching more thoroughly, I narrowed it down to 2. But even between those 2 places, there was already one hospital I felt more drawn to. I thought that if I went to this hospital first and, after consulting with the director, our opinions matched about the direction I wanted, I would do it there.
It was ㄹㅇㅇ near Sinsa Station, and this place had one director and specialized in eye revision surgery. First of all, looking at the inside of the hospital, it was modern, clean, and comfortable. The consultation manager listened carefully to my opinions, organized them well, and conveyed them to the director. Some places make you feel uncomfortable, but here, they made me feel at ease and were kind, which I liked. Other than that, I felt that all the staff were well trained, and they were kind, so I felt comfortable.
And the consultation with the director was really good. First, the director listened fully to why I wanted surgery and what kind of beauty I was aiming for, then explained clearly what was possible and what was not possible from a doctor’s perspective. Some doctors firmly insist only on their own style, but here, they sufficiently considered the patient’s perspective while suggesting a direction that could look better for my eyes, and I really liked that. Also, since the director specializes in revision surgery even within eye surgery, I felt reassured, and I could feel the expertise when they explained things. There were only good comments in the Naver reviews, so I wondered if they were ads, but after experiencing it myself, I understood why people wrote that. I think the consultation lasted at least 30 minutes. I was grateful that they consulted with me sincerely. So I felt certain that I didn’t need to go to the second hospital. As a result, I decided to have my eye surgery here. I should pray that the surgery goes well
