Before-before-after <3 days after splint removal> after-after 1-month review at the clinic
I had previously had my nasal tip cartilage tied, but it was a light procedure, and since the tip was not built up with cartilage and only the cartilage was tied, my nasal tip ended up drooping and looking longer, so I decided to raise only the tip! People who, like me, only had nasal tip cartilage tying will probably all end up considering revision surgery, so I recommend having proper surgery from the beginning ̑̈̑̈ My bridge is on the higher side, but the doctor recommended inserting even about 1 mm, and I wanted correction of my droopy, arrow-shaped nose without bridge silicone, naturally, with the tip slightly lifted into a straight-to-curved line. After surgery, my nose came out so naturally that it really does not look like a surgically done nose, and the exact line I wanted came out! Since the tip went up, the bridge looks slightly less prominent from the front, so I recommend listening to the doctor well lol. I did wonder if I should have gone a bit more glamorous, but people around me said only my image changed naturally and that it seems I really did the right thing, so I am very satisfied!!
At first after removing the splint, there was swelling, my nose looked crooked, and my nostrils were uneven, but there was no need to worry. Now at one month, everything has completely returned, and maybe because I only raised the tip, even on the day the splint was removed, it did not look very obvious that I had surgery!
I was so nervous the day before surgery that I could not sleep properly, and since it was my first major surgery, I also have low blood pressure and claustrophobia, so I was so worried about what if I said I could not do it before sedation anesthesia. But after entering the operating room, two nurses talked to me and joked around so I would not feel nervous, and even though I could hear the entire surgery preparation process, they prepared me for surgery so comfortably that I wondered if they had given me a sedative. I was so grateful̊ I even memorized the manager's name ̑̈̑̈ About 5 people, including close friends and acquaintances around my friends, had already done it there, and the head director is known for doing clean work and tailoring the nose to what you want, so you absolutely do not need to worry about the surgery!! I took time off work after my nose surgery, so I do not have any photos with makeup on, but I am even more, more satisfied with how it looks in person than in the photos!!
