The before-and-after photos are from 2 months after epicanthoplasty restoration / epicanthoplasty reconstruction. The reason I had revision epicanthoplasty was because I was told I looked strong/intense.
Compared with 1 month post-op, the scar has improved a bit, but it is still somewhat there. I’m satisfied because my impression has become much softer and the scar has improved! People said they couldn’t tell I had surgery. My double eyelids got smaller, maybe because I got Botox since I had a strong habit of opening my eyes with my forehead, but they came back now! The shape has opened up a bit like a ㄷㅠㅠㅠ I’m honestly so disappointed about this. The shape isn’t pointed like in the photo.. More like a rounded ㄷ shape?
A lot of time has passed since I took the photo.. Compared with month 1, it has opened up more and the lacrimal lake shows more, so I’m considering revision surgery to close it more, but I’m still satisfied now. Still, if I could go back, I think I would close it more!
Overall, my impression improved, so I’m completely satisfied!!!
