I had revision rhinoplasty after a previous surgery!! I had quite a lot done: (open approach + silicone implant replacement + autologous costal cartilage + short nose correction + osteotomy + nostril/alar base + columella lowering).. I thought autologous costal cartilage would hurt, but maybe because it was a minimal incision, there was almost no pain~ I was worried because I have a short nose, but compared to before, I think my nasal bridge looks much prettier too~ I hope the swelling goes down more quickly!!
