I was recommended autologous dermis graft surgery along with silicone removal surgery
I wanted correction of the nasal tip cartilage and the crooked columella area, so this is the result of revision surgery using donated costal cartilage, with removal of scar tissue around the nasal tip cartilage, inflammation treatment, and cartilage repositioning (correction of nasal tip deviation)
