I only had the hump shaved down. I did not have osteotomy. But my side profile really did improve, yet from the front, my nasal bridge looks wide, spread out, and low, so from the front all I can see are my nostrils.... Honestly... they should have done osteotomy and brought it together... why didn't they do osteotomy, seriously.. Will the broad-looking part get better over time?
