How’s his nose? This much looks okay, right?

Do a lot of men use autologous costal cartilage too? I’m seriously so curious about this;; He apparently looked into it and went by himself, and it was my first time finding out men also do it with autologous costal cartilage lololol From the side, his nose wasn’t really that awkward or anything, but from the front it was kind of pressed down? like that? Maybe because the nasal tip area was wide,, His eyes are really big and his eyelashes are long too, so if you only looked at his eyes he looked like a pretty boy, but his nose really dragged his face down So people around him would jokingly say his nose was a shame and that he should get his nose done Sometimes we teased him saying his face looked pressed in, but he actually went and did it,, At first he did it without even telling me, so I was honestly dumbfounded, but after seeing it done, it looks much better, so it’s awkward to say anything Most of all; now his nose bridge is higher than mine,, To me, it looks much better after doing it, but aside from friends or family around us, I’m curious whether a complete stranger, a third party, would see it that way too
