I’m someone who has really tried all sorts of things because of upper-arm fat. As for what I tried, back when meridian massage was really popular, I tried that too, and I also worked hard at lymphatic massage with a gua sha tool, but those two honestly made zero difference, and I had tried fat-dissolving injections before too, but they barely had any effect. But the treatment I got this time seems to have worked the best out of everything I’ve tried so far, so I’ll leave a review.
First, if you look at my before-and-after photos, it’s the same outfit, but doesn’t it look like only my upper arms slimmed down?? Not just visually, but the actual circumference really did decrease a lot too. I didn’t measure it exactly, but when I wear the same clothes, I can feel that my upper arms have gotten much slimmer. It’s really like the same outfit with a totally different feeling...
Honestly, since I didn’t see results after my first fat-dissolving injections, I wondered if I should really do this again... But a friend recommended it after getting good results somewhere else, so I looked into it. At first, the reviews seemed decent, so I was only planning to get a consultation, but once I actually had the consultation, they said it was a steroid-free injection, so I thought it would be okay. So I ended up getting the procedure done right away on the day of the consultation... haha...
While doing my upper arms, I also managed the back? around the bra line area, for a total of 6 sessions!! Then the clinic gave me 1 session as a service, haha. Right after the procedure, there was bruising and swelling, but that went down pretty quickly. Compared with liposuction, there was barely anything you could even call recovery, and being able to return to daily life right away seems like an advantage, assuming you get good results.
This clinic seemed to use the whole building on its own, and the facilities were clean and good. Before the consultation, they also did an InBody scan, and I could see that hygiene was being managed well during the procedure too. I liked that the gown and bed sheet were disposable. For reference, I got it at Uline Clinic in Apgujeong Rodeo, and now I’m thinking about trying it on my thighs too... haha..
