I had double eyelid surgery with an incisional method 3 years ago, but my eyes are uneven and the fixation is much stronger than I expected, so I’m stressed;; I wanted a natural line that wouldn’t be noticeable, but now anyone can tell the line is high and that I had double eyelid surgery. I want revision surgery to release the deep fixation and make the line lower. Since I already had it done with an incision, I guess natural adhesion or buried suture methods wouldn’t be possible, right? Since I’ve already had surgery once, is it impossible for it to look natural even with revision surgery??
