About a year ago, I had incisional double eyelid surgery, but one side had a completely different starting line, so I got revision surgery. But even though they said the revision would be done with the buried suture method, I feel like the other line is going to end up uneven again. When I had the first surgery, scar tissue formed in the front area, and because of that it somehow looks uneven and even stranger. I really want the line to start completely as an in-fold, but I feel like it’s going to become an out-fold again. If it were an out-fold but looked natural, maybe I wouldn’t mind, but because of that scar tissue, the line starts by dropping down abruptly, so it feels weird. It hasn’t been long since the revision surgery, but I’m already seeing signs of it, so I’m really anxious. What should I do about this? As the swelling goes down, could it stop looking uneven?
