After <1 month after surgery> After <5–6 months after surgery> I’m the type who worries a lot, so I spent months visiting clinics and chose a hospital with a doctor who has many years of experience. Fortunately, I have had no particular side effects so far. Actually, at first, after the consultation and when making the reservation, I had booked cheekbone surgery as well, but the conscientious(?) doctor advised against it, saying my face could end up looking longer, so I only proceeded with 2 types. In the end, I think it was good that I didn’t do my cheekbones! I had 2-type facial contouring surgery (chin tip and square jaw) last summer. From the moment I got off the operating table through the first week, I genuinely could barely breathe and it was so, so hard that I regretted getting the surgery hundreds and thousands of times, but now I’ve become naturally prettier and I’m extremely satisfied. As for swelling, after two months, the major swelling goes down enough that you can go out, but honestly, when other people look at you, I think there is still a somewhat awkward look left. Then over the next 4–6 months, the minor swelling gradually goes down and it becomes more natural. Now that 6 months have passed, people meeting me for the first time would never know, and even friends I haven’t seen in a while only say I lost weight, so it has become completely natural. As mentioned earlier, up to now, 6 months later, I have had no skin sagging or other side effects. Of course, sagging is something that needs to be watched over a longer period, but seeing that it has been maintained well so far, I’m not too worried going forward. Facial contouring is truly a major surgery, so it requires a lot of thought and careful decision-making, and a third party can’t speak lightly about it. But as someone who is very satisfied with how I look after surgery, I would dare to recommend that after careful consideration and lots of clinic visits, choosing a good hospital and having the surgery may not be a bad option. That was my 6-month self-paid facial contouring review!

I liked that it wasn’t overdone. The consultation with the doctor was quite cold. It was almost like he was saying not to do it, but I went ahead and did it. Honestly, the result isn’t hugely different, but people say my face looks smaller
