BeforeBeforeAfterAfterAfterBefore getting revision rhinoplasty, I had a lot of concerns about whether to remove the silicone and go without an implant or use a custom implant, and whether to use autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, so I visited many hospitals, heard their opinions, and wanted to have surgery with what suited me. Director Seong Yong-hae at GNG Plastic Surgery is well known for being good at difficult surgeries, and maybe because of that, he checked my condition the best and explained things well, so after discussing thoroughly with Director Seong Yong-hae, we decided to use a custom implant and autologous costal cartilage so I could get the nose shape I wanted. I had been dissatisfied with my existing silicone, but after replacing it with a custom implant and building it firmly with autologous costal cartilage, it is settling into the shape I wanted. I was a bit worried because I heard the flank area can be difficult with autologous costal cartilage, but GNG has been very thorough with aftercare, so I think my recovery is fast. Just looking at the before-and-after photos, I really think I did well getting my nose done, and although it was a surgery anyone could see was difficult, the director performed it professionally. I feel relieved that this revision surgery became my last surgery
