The place where I ended up getting revision surgery this time only asked me to write on 2 apps, but it turned out that, in principle, I had to write 4 reviews: right after surgery, after 1 month, after 3 months, and after 6 months.
It’s mostly my fault for not carefully checking what was in the consent form before surgery, but the manager in charge also didn’t explain this part verbally.. After the surgery was all done, I was too tired to bring it up, so I didn’t say anything, but I was like, huh?
