Looking at my side profile before surgery, my nose was compressed and low, so I had less of a masculine image and more of a soft impression + even when meeting friends, I would hear things like “why are you dozing off when you’re just sitting still?” because I had thick, heavy-looking eyelids and eyes. But after the brow lift and rhinoplasty, my image became more defined and masculine.
