I had donor costal cartilage for my nose, an incisional nostril reduction, and my nostrils were tightened once more with thread It might be a method only my director uses, but after the nostril reduction, he tightened it once more with Elasticoom The swelling has all gone down, and I think it has settled naturally Now I’m living well without any aftereffects or side effects I’m grateful to my girlfriend who introduced me to the clinic, saying they’re famous for noses lol
