The surgery I received was (autologous cartilage for the nasal tip, dorsal hump refinement, and columella lowering). Comparing photos of my nose from a week ago before surgery with my current nose photos, I could clearly feel the change. First of all, I immediately felt that one of my biggest concerns, the spreading of my nose when viewed from the front, had been resolved, and as the dorsal hump was refined, I could feel that the nasal bridge became a bit smoother. I really thought it was a good decision to get it done.
