To correct a bulbous nose, it seems you definitely have to shape it in a more dramatic way, and for that, I heard there are many cases where costal cartilage is used, but the director said it could be improved without being excessive and in a way that suited my image well, and that septal cartilage and ear cartilage alone would be enough, so I trusted him and left it to him. I really think it came out so satisfyingly well I went around to several places that were said to be really good at correcting bulbous noses, and the place I decided on was ㅍㄹㅁㅇ. I'm relieved because I think I chose the hospital well. So far there have been no problems at all, and I think it just needs to stay well-maintained going forward
