Breast Surgery Reviews

Consultation review for a 70 cm ribcage, wannabe C cup

Current breast tissue is about an A cup (not totally flat ㄴㄴ but not a full A either..) breast pocket 11.5~12. I went to consultations at ㄱㄹ, ㄴㅌ, and ㅁㅂㅇ, and heard a minimum of 275 and maximum of 340.

ㄴㅌ – Kwon Motiva 320~340 was recommended. Both inframammary and transaxillary incisions are possible. But they said if I’m also doing accessory breast removal, I should do the transaxillary incision. They explained the surgical method and process in a lot of detail, so it was easy to understand. Same-day discharge is the principle, but they said if the surgery is in the evening, hospitalization is also possible. When I went for the consultation, they gave me welcome tea and snacks, so I waited while eating, and it was not as big or as small as I expected. The interior seemed well done, but other than that I didn’t really know what the advantages were. The follow-up schedule also isn’t checking progress every time you go, but more spaced out, and it didn’t feel like the care was really substantial! Lifetime AS. Oh, and I heard there was no consultation fee, but you have to prepay 20,000 won to make a reservation ㅡ.ㅡ......... They don’t refund it.

ㄱㄹ – Oh Since it’s a private clinic, I didn’t separately designate a director, and Motiva 275~300 cc with an inframammary incision was recommended. I asked if a transaxillary incision was possible too, and they said it is, but because my inframammary fold is short, to get the shape right, doing the inframammary fold incision with Motiva would be better for shaping, and said it firmly, so I accepted it and left. The consultant gave additional explanation, saying they pursue that distinctive shape they call the ㄱㄹ line, a U-line, and to do that, the inframammary fold incision is better. When I said I came because I fell for the review photos, the consultant said yes, to get that shape, an inframammary fold incision is a good condition~ these people also did it with an inframammary incision, and showed me several before-and-after photos. And the consultant herself had surgery here too, and opened up and showed me directly on the spot. Even though it had been quite a while since her surgery, her breast shape was so pretty and natural that I was honestly so jealous and wanted to do it here.. (Actually, I was going to place a deposit, but when I said I had another consultation afterward, the consultant strongly dissuaded me, so I couldn’t place the deposit and left.) Postoperative care included in the surgery fee, 1-year basic care program + additionally provided again upon request, practically unlimited, they said. There was no consultation fee. Lifetime AS.

ㅁㅂㅇ – Lee They do both breasts and dermatology, but it looked like there were more patients visiting dermatology than breast surgery. Both Motiva and Mentor are possible, inframammary incision 300~320 cc was recommended, and they explained the treatment process and surgical method while showing them on a tablet. Other than that, nothing in particular stands out in my memory.. It wasn’t really bad, but I guess nothing was impressive. I expected this place the most out of the three, but when I actually went, it felt ordinary. Unlimited postoperative care and lifetime AS, and they take a 30,000 won consultation fee prepayment, but they refund this after the consultation. Oh, and they said they do it under sedation anesthesia here, but if you want, general anesthesia seems possible too? But they said simple breast surgery is all done under sedation anesthesia. No other unusual points that I remember.

The consultation I liked most was in the order ㄱㄹ > ㄴㅌ>>>ㅁㅂㅇ, but all three directors have over 20 years of experience.. I don’t think there’s anything to say about who is better or worse, and purely from how I felt, I thought a breast specialty clinic really is a specialty clinic for a reason. From the staff onward, everyone just seemed focused on breast surgery, and the certainty that they would take proper care of me felt stronger at the specialty clinic than other places, so I think that’s why I felt better about it. Consultations are something each person receives and thinks about differently, so..

Conclusion >>> Just go get consultations in person!! Then you’ll know which place is your clinic and which place isn’t.. Oh, and except for ㄱㄹ, they all had benefits with review discount conditions! Take note if you need it~~
