The manager was very kind. I hadn’t even made a reservation, and she seemed a bit short on time and busy, but she still saw me first, yeah. Rather than feeling fake as a person, she seemed genuinely nice? Something about the manager gave me a good impression. . The doctor felt colder than I expected. They said alar base reduction alone wouldn’t work for me and recommended doing the nasal tip as well, so I was flustered. They said cartilage tying would be useless.. I just had the consultation and left.
