I usually tended to open my eyes using my forehead because of the fat on my upper eyelids. They usually say you get it 3 times at one-month intervals, but for now I only tried 1 session.
✔️Whether it contains steroids When I asked Dr. Holmes, they said they don’t use steroids..? But I’m not sure,, because I had a headache until the day after getting it. And when I searched, they said injections without steroids keep swelling for the whole week. But my swelling went way down in two days. Most of all, other clinics that don’t use steroids say you need to massage the eyes afterward, but here they told me not to touch the area around the eyes. The injected solution was also opaque, so somehow I feel like steroids may have been mixed in Since it’s a small amount around the eyes, it should be okay, but everyone, check carefully before you go!
✔️Pain Almost none. My eyes did feel a bit minty/irritated. It hurt less than acne extraction.
✔️Effect It’s only day 2, so I can’t confirm from photos yet, but I feel like my eyes have gotten a bit lighter! I’d be willing to get it once more at another clinic that doesn’t use steroids.
