I had my hump shaved down and also had bulbous nose surgery. I didn’t have osteotomy separately, but since I did it together with bulbous nose surgery, it looks much slimmer, so I’m satisfied! I was really worried because I’d heard that over time the nasal tip droops and things like that, but maybe because I had surgery using costal cartilage, there’s no drooping and the shape is maintaining well. I guess the nose really is important lol They say my image changed a lot after surgery! Everyone says I look pretty a lot, so I think I’m glad I had the surgery! lol
