Around the time COVID was coming to an end, my nose had always stressed me out so much that I finally got surgery! I’d been scared of side effects, so before that I had tried everything from fillers to Hiko nose thread lifts, but the repeated costs were one thing, and most importantly my satisfaction kept being low, so I ended up getting surgery. For now, I’m very satisfied with the surgery itself! Every time I went for consultations and had CT scans, there wasn’t much usable septal cartilage, and since I had a short, slightly upturned snub nose, they said it would be better to use a sturdy material. In the end, I had surgery at AB, where an acquaintance had a good result! The consultant was kind, and the director also explained well what was possible and why some things weren’t possible. I remember it came out to about 4.5 million won for osteotomy + short nose correction + silicone + donated costal cartilage! Aftercare was a bit disappointing, maybe because it’s a large hospital.. I saw the director once after surgery, and maybe he was very busy, but he just told me the surgery went well and how many millimeters of silicone were inserted, then left.. Still, the surgery itself turned out really well, so I’m satisfied
