My nostrils weren't large, but I hated how they spread when I smiled every time I took photos, so I had consultations at 4 places near Gangnam and got the surgery! They said nostril reduction is relatively not painful and that you can return to daily life quickly.. But since it was my first cosmetic surgery, it hurt so much for me, and even the slightest touch hurt, so daily life was really uncomfortable for a week. After a week passed, my nose was really pretty and I liked it, but after about a month, it felt like it was slightly going back a bit? It narrowed very subtly, so no one knows, and even I have to look really closely to think, did it get a little narrower? I originally wanted it natural, and I did it because I hated my nostrils spreading when I smiled, so I'm satisfied.
