Before/after/after First of all, I had a hard time finding photos from before my revision rhinoplasty! lol This revision rhinoplasty was really because I wanted to make the nasal tip lift beautifully, so I used autologous costal cartilage, and raised the bridge with 4 mm silicone! Honestly, at first I wondered if I needed osteotomy of the nasal bridge, but Director Lee Gyu-ho said it wasn’t necessary and that my nose wasn’t one that needed osteotomy, so I trusted him and got revision rhinoplasty! I’m now at 3 months, and since I’m in my 30s, rather than something too excessive, I went for a moderately natural yet glamorous line, a shape that looks pretty from both the side and the front!
For bulbous nose surgery, especially if your nasal bridge is thick or something like that, if a clinic you consult with says “osteotomy no matter what,” you absolutely shouldn’t do it. Seriously, only people who really need osteotomy should get it.
