In my early 20s, I had hump correction + nasal tip surgery without an implant, but the hump came back up and I was also unhappy with the shape of my nasal tip, so I had revision surgery! Since it was a revision surgery, I think I chose much more carefully! I had consultations at about four places, and among them, one plastic surgery clinic’s director understood the nose shape I wanted exactly, so I decided on surgery right away! My septal cartilage had already been used, so we supported the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, and because I preferred a softly descending line, we also used buttock dermis! It’s already been 6 months since the surgery, and I’m very satisfied because the shape I wanted came out!
