Before-after before-after It has been 1 year since I had hump nose and chin advancement surgery. From the start, I wanted a natural look, so no implant was used for the nose. At first, the hump was quite severe, and they said if too much nasal bone was shaved down, an open roof could occur, so they shaved an appropriate amount and raised it with septal cartilage. Now the hardness has mostly gone away, but when my condition is poor from time to time, my nose swells, which is a problem that is not really a problem, but it goes away with time so it’s fine. In the case of my chin tip, sensation has returned 100%, but since there are still pins inside, if I become conscious of it, there is a very slight foreign-body sensation. But if I don’t think about it, it’s practically like it’s not there. I had a very recessed chin, so I’m extremely satisfied
