From what I remember back then, detailed explanations were skipped, and because of the flood of surgery appointments, the doctor squeezed in consultations in a factory-like way. Even on the day itself, they roughly drew the eye line, had me lie on the operating table, and started right away. I still don’t know the process of how the surgery was done, and I wish the surgical system would change a bit. My eyelids were thick, so they made the line large, but on one side one stitch seemed to have come undone because of swelling. They denied it and insisted it wasn’t, saying it would align once the swelling went down, but even now my eyes are uneven.
