I chose Tune Face because my skin is thin and I don't have a lot of fat, but my face is peanut-shaped and has sagging. The pain is okay at first, and near the end there are times when it hurts a bit, but it wasn't pain I couldn't tolerate. You could say there was almost none. After getting it done, there wasn't a big difference, but I felt like I looked subtly different. It wasn't dramatic, but it seems good for steady maintenance.
