I had double-jaw surgery because of indigestion, and now I’m also getting the pins removed!

Before before before after after after after after It’s finally been 6 months since I had double-jaw surgery!! lol First of all, I wanted surgery for health/treatment purposes rather than cosmetic reasons, so I had double-jaw surgery at Y Oral Clinic along with 2 types of facial contouring surgery (square jaw and chin)! Because I had malocclusion, eating was very uncomfortable, and I often had indigestion..! What makes me happy after surgery is that biting food off with my front teeth and my indigestion are both gone, so I’m really happy haha Now at 6 months, I still feel a slight pulling sensation when I smile widely, but all sensation has returned! I’m still in post-surgery orthodontic treatment, so I hope the braces finish soon~ haha Also, for those doing post-surgery orthodontics like me, make sure to chew with both sides when you eat!! My swelling went down quickly, and one thing that’s different from before surgery is that I swell a bit in the morning and the swelling goes down a lot in the afternoon.. Actually, maybe because I’ve gained the fun of chewing? the joy of eating, I’ve also gained some weight haha.. But I think if I manage it, my face will get even smaller. There’s still a little swelling at the tip of my chin, but I think it’ll go down soon. Everyone, don’t be impatient! And I don’t think my nose spread after surgery. It just seems like my nose got bigger because I gained weight.. I had no pain at all, only discomfort! Satisfaction varies from person to person depending on the degree of discomfort or external appearance, but for me, eating and daily life improved so much day by day that I regret not doing it sooner. I also received a lot of compliments on my appearance, so my self-esteem went up. For those who are considering it, I hope you do it as soon as possible. I only realized how uncomfortable malocclusion was after surgery, once I had a normal occlusion. Now I’m about to have the pins removed, and I’m not worried. I trust them completely!! Since I had double-jaw surgery and am even getting the pins removed, it feels like I’ve really finished a huge assignment? Then later, once I get the pins removed, I’ll write a review of the pin removal too!
