<Nose concerns> -A nose surgery I’d already had once;; lol.. You didn’t know, right? lol.. People around me don’t know unless I tell them either~ -Nostrils showed too much (it’s because it’s the side view, but from the front and from below, they were almost triangular nostrils...) -Drooping nasal tip
Because of these concerns... I really wanted it as much as possible -fancy but natural -sharp and defined -without drooping -and natural-looking fat grafting
So I went to a hospital that could do that, and while getting revision rhinoplasty, I also got full-face fat grafting.
Day 1 Couldn’t wash my face or hair lol That whole day is completely disorienting. I recommend resting well. I don’t even know how I got home~ Day 3 Cotton removed and swelling care One week This is when you can start to see the swelling gradually going down~ You have to endure it well. The shape looks weird~ something looks strange~ set those thoughts aside for now and wait. It was all swelling, and later it all became okay. Removed the splint and stitches.. felt so refreshing.. When the splint was removed and I checked in the mirror with the director, I had never felt such satisfaction lol The raised nasal tip was so pretty.. and the nostrils got smaller too (tears) Still, the major swelling hadn’t gone down yet, so you shouldn’t get too happy at this stage lol When it hasn’t been long since full-face fat grafting, it can feel a bit puffy. But this also goes down naturally, and you have to watch what takes and settles, so I recommend briefly putting aside thoughts like, isn’t this too much?..^^
For me, I was actually worried everything would go away together with the swelling, so instead of walking for 20 minutes, I walked for 10 minutes.. I endured it like that haha lol
2 weeks The overall facial lines started to take shape.. A lot of the puffiness that made my face look swollen was covered. Especially because it suits my nose well, I’m satisfied... lol I kept taking selfies and posting them on Instagram on repeat.
One month and after At first I wasn’t used to how sharp it looked, so I thought, does it look a bit upturned? Is it too high? But once the big and small swelling went down, it naturally came down. That doesn’t mean it suddenly drops, so don’t worry lol With the facial line changed, I feel like I look younger and more lively, everything~ haha People around me also say I look brighter and younger~ I’m glad I got fat grafting. Especially with the nasal tip raised in a straight-to-slightly-curved line, there’s something about it that makes a person look more put-together and sophisticated, yep.
But with full-face fat grafting, I think it’s hard to do compresses thoroughly lol I was scared that if I did cold and warm compresses here and there for no reason, it might settle strangely lololol
I’m now going into month 8, and the volume is being maintained, and the nose height hasn’t dropped either, so I’m doing very well~ In many ways it has settled well, so I hope it maintains well until the end
