It has been 6 months since I had implant-free hooked nose surgery with Director Kim Da-alm at Obliv Plastic Surgery. For the nasal tip, ear cartilage and septal cartilage were used; for the nasal bridge, osteotomy and hump rasping were done, and autologous dermis was used. The severe hooked nose that had been a complex for me before surgery is gone, and I’m satisfied because the nasal bridge itself did not become lower. Maybe because about 6 months have passed now, it looks natural, and I don’t feel any foreign-body sensation, pain, or swelling at all, to the point that I sometimes forget I had surgery.
