I went for consultations at ㅂㄹㄱ, ㅅㅅㅇ, and ㅇㅇ because of revision rhinoplasty, and the directors I saw, in order, were Lim Young-min, Song In-su, and Ji Seung-ryeol. They’re all directors well known for noses, so they accurately identified the issues, and rather than just recommending a high nose, they recommended a line that suits the contours of my face. That was what I liked most about the consultations. But now the materials or surgical methods recommended by each clinic are slightly different, so I’m debating. ㅂㄹㄱ and ㅅㅅㅇ had the vibe of recommending autologous costal cartilage because it’s revision surgery, while ㅇㅇ said not to use autologous costal cartilage unnecessarily and to use septal cartilage and ear cartilage. What do you think would be best?
