Before before after after after after I had revision rhinoplasty with Director Cha Myeong-gyu at Wannabe Plastic Surgery (short-nose lengthening, bulbous nose correction, ear cartilage + donated costal cartilage)! Even after my first surgery, the bulbous nose and upturned-nose-like feeling weren’t corrected, and I was even told it might be a contracted nose, so I was extremely stressed Even though high-mm silicone had been inserted, I didn’t feel like it looked high, and because thick, short silicone was placed in my short nose, it made it look even shorter, so I remember always lengthening my nose in photo retouching... First of all, at the first consultation, the director carefully looked at the CT and explained things plainly, so without taking time to think, I scheduled the surgery date for the very next day! They reassured me in the operating room too, and from before surgery to the day the last stitches were removed, the kind care from the nurses and consultant gave me a tsunami of comfort and emotion... hahaha They say plastic-surgery swelling depends on the surgeon’s skill, but I naturally swell a lot, so I was even more worried, but the big Avatar-like swelling went down faster than I expected. Since they said swelling takes longer because it was revision surgery, I keep wondering what the later result will look like and want to see it soon. The length I wanted really increased visibly at a glance, and I think the front view that looked upturned improved a lot too:) Most of all, with my first surgery there was a keloid-like issue where the incision area stood out, but with this revision surgery, the incision area healed cleanly, with no unevenness and the scar is barely visible! People around me also say my impression has become really softer and that I look sophisticated, so these days I’m properly hitting my prime haha Maybe I should change my surname to Cha now... Director Cha is my father now, seriously..
