I regret being so confident after consultations saying my nose was too much of a basic nose.. I did go to a famous hospital for my first rhinoplasty too, but since I only had silicone + ear cartilage, it felt really lacking when viewed from the front.. For my second surgery, because of my own feeling that my nostrils looked lifted from the front, I immediately looked into and had it done with autologous rib cartilage.. Now I’m looking into it again because it just feels like a long nose and the nasal tip feels pointy It’s already been 4 years, so I’m looking into what I hope will be my final revision surgery. Does anyone know how ㅂ and ㅂㄴㄴ are?
