Nose Surgery Reviews

Successfully improved my long nose after revision surgery

Before <before surgery> Before <before surgery> After <after surgery> After <after surgery> 5 years ago, I had surgery in the provinces using donated costal cartilage and silicone, but my nose became long and I was dissatisfied with the shape, so I kept thinking I should get revision surgery because I wanted a sharper, straighter nose, and finally I had revision surgery~~ It’s been one week and I think it turned out well, so I’m posting a review~~ Even though silicone was inserted, the hump stood out and gradually grew, so it went back to square one. People around me often didn’t know I had nose surgery, and the nasal shape became even stranger than before surgery, so I realized something was definitely wrong. The long nose bothered me so much that I looked into it and had surgery with the director~~ What I wanted was simply to raise the nasal tip a bit more, remove the hump, and improve the nasal bridge into a slightly straighter nose, and the director set the surgical direction exactly that way, which became the decisive reason I chose this place. They removed the thin silicone because it wasn’t needed, performed osteotomy because the sides of the nasal bridge were also broad, restored the nasal bridge, removed the existing costal cartilage at the nasal tip according to the hump, then raised the nasal tip with cartilage repositioning and ear cartilage. The nasal tip became higher than when I had donated costal cartilage. Everyone around me says it looks well done and that my image transformation succeeded, but the swelling hasn’t fully settled yet. Once the swelling goes down, I feel like I transformed from a long-nosed monkey. I successfully improved my long nose after revision surgery
