Before before after afterAfter my first rhinoplasty, a visible border formed on the nasal dorsum, and the nasal tip became pointy, so I got revision surgery from Director Lee Bang-seok at Cheoeumcheoreom. They placed ear cartilage over the border area on the nasal dorsum, and for the pointy nasal tip, they grafted autologous dermis from my buttock. The border area, which stressed me out the most, became smooth. But the area where the buttock dermis was harvested didn’t heal, so I struggled a lot in the beginning The scar also remained large. But when I’m just standing still, it isn’t visible. It shows if I bend my upper body forward. The nasal tip has gotten much lower than at first, and I hope it doesn’t get any lower. Still, I’m relieved that there have been no side effects so far. There haven’t been side effects like inflammation or silicone deviation so far!!
