I'm not sure why, but if I press down hard on the philtrum and let go, a strange smell spreads and then disappears. Is that just my own smell, or is it inflammation..? It's been about 2 and a half years since the surgery.. And is it normal for only the scar area on the philtrum to become a little sunken over time..? T_T It doesn't really hurt or anything, but it's bothering me
