About one month review of abdominal fat extraction injections

Hi everyone I'm the one who posted the one-week review of the abdominal unlimited fat extraction injections last time!! It's already been a month, so I'm writing the review now. Time really does fly As I said in the first review, I work out and watch my diet too, but the lower belly and love handles were stubbornly not going away, which was really stressful. I was pretty satisfied when I had fat extraction injections for my upper arms, so this time I agonized over it a lot before deciding to do my abdomen too. To get to the point, now that it's been a month, I can definitely see that my lines have changed compared with the beginning, so I'm satisfied! What I notice most is the lower abdomen. Right after the procedure, because of the swelling, it actually felt like my belly looked bigger, so I even wondered if I had done it for nothing After about a week, the pain went down a lot, and as time passed, I could see little changes. Especially the sides and lower belly felt less protruded than before. And by the one-month mark, the feeling when I put on pants was definitely different. Before, when I wore pants, my lower belly would stick up in a rounded way, but these days that part is less noticeable, so the stress of getting dressed has clearly gone down There were also some numerical changes. My abdominal circumference went down by about -4 cm, and my weight dropped by about -1.5 kg. You can definitely feel that the line looks neater when you see it in the mirror. Right now, the bruising is almost gone, and I don't have that throbbing or painful feeling like at the beginning. That said, when I touch it, it still doesn't feel completely soft yet, and there are still some areas that feel a little lumpy. Still, compared with the beginning, it has really become much more comfortable. And I am also getting Ulfit as aftercare, which definitely feels helpful for managing swelling and the lumpy feeling, so I keep up with it regularly. Honestly, since it's only the one-month mark, I don't think this is the final result yet. The hospital also said the lines would settle a little more over time, and I remember that when I had my upper arms done, my satisfaction went up even more after one month than in the early stage, so I'm planning to wait a bit longer for the abdomen too More than anything, what I liked was that the lower belly, which had stubbornly stayed even when I exercised and lost weight, is visibly getting more defined little by little. That felt better than I expected It's not perfectly flat yet, but based on the one-month mark, I'm quite satisfied!! In the first week, I was like, 'Is this really even going down...?' but waiting until the one-month point made me understand why they say to watch the recovery period. If you're like me and get stressed by an area that just won't go away even with exercise or dieting, it may be better not to judge too quickly in the early swelling stage and to wait a little. I'm planning to keep watching it until the two-month mark too I'm curious how much more it will change in another month >< For now, just having less lower-belly stress when wearing pants is enough to make me happy!!
