It’s already been about 5-6 weeks since I got LAMS on my lower abdomen hehe It’s really only just been a month, and I’ve lost about 3-4 kg in total. Of course, because I’m managing it with diet and exercise at the same time, the weight came off smoothly hehe Of course, I realized that visiting regularly for aftercare is also really important hehe My lower abdomen still has quite a lot of firmness/lumpiness, so I’m going to try hard to beat the belly fat while getting the remaining 3 additional sessions of extracorporeal shockwave care hehe They told me visceral fat can never be extracted, so diet and exercise are definitely important hehe I feel like I’m not giving up and am working even harder in my own way hehe They said the golden period for weight loss lasts until the full two-month mark, so I really want to keep going until the very end and lose my goal of 8-10 kg in total, so I can spend this fall and winter wearing pretty clothes for the end of the year hehe I think regular aftercare is really necessary because it helps loosen both the belly line and the lumpiness hehe I’ll keep receiving it regularly until next month ^^
