Please take a look at my nose job!!

Before<This is before>After<This is after!>As you can see from the before photos, I had a hump nose and a bulbous nose. I really hated how strange my nose shape looked in both side and front views, but after getting nose surgery at Urban Plastic Surgery, I feel confident about both my side and front views now! When I went for the consultation, I had a big fear of implants, so I asked if it would be possible without an implant. The director took a quick look and said it was possible, and suggested proceeding without an implant. He also said my nose was already high enough, so there was no need to raise it with silicone. So I had nose surgery using only my septal cartilage and ear cartilage. As soon as I brought up no implant.. to the director, he looked at my ears first and said, "You haven't had any piercings?" and smiled, saying it seemed like enough ear cartilage would be available. I applauded my past self for not having piercings.. Anyway! After the surgery, I was really worried whether the line I wanted would come out well without an implant, but it turns out I didn't need to worry about that. Doesn't my nose look really, really smooth and well done? When removing the splint and cotton, I checked in the mirror together with the director and even I went, wow! It really turned out that well. And the clinic took such good care of swelling management that I think the swelling went down quickly too! I think nose surgery results can come out this good depending on how attentive and professional the clinic is!
